The location was amazing! Close to everything we wanted to see in the Tuscany area, including San Gimignano, Florence, and Volterra. the house is nestled in the country short drive to San Gimignano, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and magnificent views! We could see the medieval hill town of San Gimignano from our bedroom window. Breakfast was a bonus! Carla and her sons were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome.

I can't think of anything negative.

super location, overlooking San Gimignano with lovely grounds and pool

A little hard to find, at least the final short distance by car. The final turn into an unpaved road was not so easy, or we missed a sign.

Amazing views from the pool. Pleasant walk to the town. Fantastic pool area. Very good communication prior to check-in, were very helpful with our early arrival. The wine tasting offered was enjoyable!

Aircon didn't cool, just circulated air. Lack of self service at breakfast made things awkward due to language barrier, not sure why strict service only from the buffet is required.

The staff & owners Francesco and Carlo were the most amazing hosts. Location is a 15 min walk into town centre. Breakfast and tasting dinners were sensational.

The coziness of the place. Run by two brothers, Andrea & Francesca and their mama. They were very welcoming. The pool and our apartment was amazing. Bonus that you could order drinks and have it by the pool. It was a 15min walk & I didn’t mind that but if you have mobility issue not a good idea to stay here.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like…a small thing which is limited parking. The breakfast was okay if you like sweet things for breakfast.
