La posizione ottima Direi che il mio soggiorno è stato da fiaba Tutto perfetto x un soggiorno romantico e rilassante Magico e fiabesco, non credevo che sarebbe stato fantastico e infine ho gradito molto l'ambiente caldo e accogliente della casa . Grazie

Soggiorno terribile.Tutti gli elettrodomestici rotti e non utilizzabili. doccia guasta e senza acqua calda. condizionatore assente! nemmeno un ventilatore. TV non funzionante. Per entrare in casa devi usare le torce del telefono altrimenti è buio pesto e non si vede nemmeno dove inserisci la chiave.Staff non disponibile, se ne lavano le mani.Esperienza pessima. non lascio mai recensioni ma questa è proprio meritata. ho prenotato per una settimana, c'è ne siamo andati dopo due giorni. Situazione invivibile! puzza di muffa in tutta la casa. SCONSIGLIO!

Owners are really kind and answered my questions quickly. Location is great - quiet and comfortable with lake few meters away. We visited many places around Lake Como but Lecco was the best. Not overcrowded or loud. Also there was large supermarket in the area and bus stops. Lecco is great point to visit other places around Lake Como especially if you travel with public transport. Also it has direct train to Milano so easy to come here from airports. Apartment was really clean and comfortable. I don’t understand some people's complains. None of those things became true during my time there. I wish I could stay longer tho. I highly recommend this place and I wish everything best to the owners! :)

Alles neu und modern und super Lage direkt am See / Flussufer Como, Müll konnte in der Wohnung bleiben und wurde vom Vermieter entsorgt.

Die Lampe in der Küche hing nur noch am halb rausgezogenen Dübel, ein Eisfach was im Sommer nötig ist ist nicht vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht da die Abluft nicht angeschlossen war. Die Dusche läuft fast über, läuft zu langsam ab. Zu kleine Gläser. Keine Parkplätze für Autos vorhanden! Türklinken sind teilweise lose.

Penész a falon nem kevés büdős a hálószoba használhatatlan a szag és a penész miatt. Hitegetés az több mint egy hónapja a kártérítés miatt.

No posibity to "drop luggage" before check-in 15:00. Be aware of early wakeup from bottle collectors making loud noise sunday morning 6:00. LCD TV colors are burned out (violet).
