Central Residence Apartment 620

The apartment had a spacious and comfortable bathroom, perfect for bathing. It made our stay more convenient and enjoyable.

We checked in at 3:15 PM, even though check-in is supposed to be from 3:00 PM. To our surprise, the apartment was in terrible condition — dirty, with used toilet paper still in the bathroom. A few minutes later, a cleaning lady arrived and told us the apartment hadn't been cleaned yet. She asked us to leave and wait for another hour. With two small children, we had to spend an hour outside in the cold. What’s even more disappointing is that the apartment owner didn’t seem surprised or apologetic. Instead, they casually mentioned that they had a "busy day with 50 checkouts." Why should their business issues be our problem? I paid for an apartment and expect the rules to be followed on both sides. The apartment itself is no more than an 8/10, but because of this situation and the owner’s attitude, I’m giving it a 6. The most absurd part? The owner asked us not to rate them an 8 but instead to give a perfect 10! That’s both rude and unprofessional.

They were extremely friendly and responsive to our requests. The property was also very clean- there’s really nothing to complain about.

VERY CLEAN. Very comfy bed. Good air conditioning. Safe neighborhood and pretty clear access instructions. The host was very nice and let us check-in earlier because there were no guests from the night before and we were arriving in the morning. Clear instructions on how to get in.

Some coffee in the kitchen would have been great. There are 2 wardrobes in the main room. Maybe, replace one with a little desk. I had to work remotely and a little desk would have been great.

Excellent apartment! Super clean and nice

- the apartment looks great, everything is new and clean - we slept very well, it is quiet, dark and the mattress is confortable - the wifi is only for this appartament so I could work from there with no issues - pretty close to the city center, less than 10 minutes by car and the italian restaurant in front is very good

- the pillows were too big for me, I still gave a 10 because there are smaller ones in the closet, I just found them too late
