Clean convenient and well equipped

Neighbours not happy having Airbnb next door.

Beautiful decorated luxurious apartment

Clean, compact, convenient. Everything that we wanted 👍👍

The property had been beautifully renovated and decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Loo rolls provided in bathroom. Beds were comfy and bedding was super fresh smelling. The nature reserve and basic park (4 swings & 1 slide) behind the property were handy for walking the dog and letting the children have a play. There was also an enclosed tennis court with a lockable gate which we used for letting our dog run off steam - she hasn’t the best recall when squirrels are around so this was a great bonus.

1. Unfortunately the next door neighbours on either side of the property clearly weren’t happy that this property was being used as a holiday let. Each neighbouring property had signs in windows and/or graffiti stating things like “homes not holiday lets” or “your little holiday is our everyday misery” this instantly made us feel unwelcome and on edge. 2. Parking was not great. There were three assigned parking bays behind the house, the spaces were incredibly tight with the third space completely blocking in one of the others. This again put us on edge as we had no other choice but to block them in to park. The free car park advertised in the description as being over the road is a building site and clearly has been for a while so was totally inaccessible. 3. As we arrived at the property in the late evening, trying to access the parking at the rear of the property felt quite dangerous. We had to drive through a very tight, sloped and pitch black alleyway. We had to search for the correct house and parking bays using the torches on our phones and the house was not clearly visible or signposted/lit from the narrow road/alleyway.

Lovely apartment with a nice modern interior. Very clean and tidy. Great sized bedrooms.

I wasn't expecting it to be a house with other properties. The back is a little intimidating when you arrive with graffiti on the wall next door and about 5 no Airbnb signs on the other neighbours windows. It would have been nice to have some condiments in the apartment - the coffee and sugar were all stuck together so we had to buy some, and there was no salt and pepper, and no tin foil/extra bin bags - just some little touches that makes a big difference.

We loved how comfortable the beds were and clean and modern it all looked. Very happy

The top 1/3 of the stairs had no handrail which made us feel unsafe moving up and down stairs. No toilet upstairs Parking at the rear of the property was quite difficult. The TV channel was very poor and the TV model didn’t have the capability to mirror other tech.
