Siabod - Snowdonia, North Wales

Very clean, beautiful decor , easy to find

The bigger bedroom was street level with a bus stop right outside the window. Whilst we had privacy , there was a group of people waiting for a bus late Saturday night , albeit for a short ish period of time , so it was noisy & we could smell the smoke . Parking a little issue - the high street has signs only allowing max 1.5 hours and the car park opposite with shut off and being used for construction. A space was found eventually but not in an ideal place.

Excellent location in north wales for snowdonia, zip wire world and Anglesey. Bethesda itself is tired but so near to everything we wanted to do. Handy Tesco express nearby for self catering. There’s a great river walk and parkland at the bottom of the property.

Accessing the parking spot is best done in the daytime especially for the first time.

Great location, very clean and well decorated.

The resentful posters from the neighbours and there was a bit of a lack of basic cleaning materials, eg just a sponge, no cloth or cleaning spray.

Very well maintained, beautiful decor. Everything you could want. Very close to attractions such as snowdon and the zip line activities.

If I’m being picky the fact the hand towels are on the bed and not in the bathroom. Just a little thing

It was clean very close for taking the dog for walks

- great communication from hosts prior to arrival with check in information and when asked for recommendations for trips / restaurants. They recommended Dylans in Menai Bridge which was lovely!. - apartment in a great location in Bethesda, seems only 20/30 minutes away from all of our trips in Eryri, off street parking to the back was great, although a little squeeze down the lane. - apartment has been recently renovated and is beautiful inside, underfloor heating in the bathroom was a lovely touch. The bedding and towels were great quality. The rooms and living space were really spacious for us as a couple and could easily manage more people. - well equipped kitchen with pots / pans / plates but could do with some non perishables as below. - we didn’t have to best of weather but the enclosed patio area to the back was nice and between the rain got quite a bit of sun.

- would be nice for the option of some privacy at the patio doors and window for the stairwell. Especially the stairwell if going downstairs to the bathroom. - also would be nice to have a few non perishable kitchen items provided e.g. cooking oil, salt and pepper. - the front bedroom backs onto the main road where there is a bus stop. Possible for better insulation / glazing as we were woken by people in the morning having a conversation waiting for the bus and they were sat in the bay. It wasn’t too bad for us as just 1 couple and we used the other bedroom which was silent but it was a shame to not use the big bed.

Facilities, decor were very good.

Tv signal was poor, parking was a struggle as other guest had a pick up truck and we could not fit our car in our area we had to find a street to park in somewhere nearby.

Perfectly clean. Spacious. Comfortable bed, good shower. Top quality furnishings and equipment. Good outside sitting area.

The property was fab. Great position for seeing the sights. Very well maintained to a very high standard. Loved we had our own private garden. Bedrooms are massive.

Would have been nice to have an upstairs loo. 👍🏻 Tall window on landing could be frosted to give some privacy. 🤭
