MYMYMYStayed here for 2 nights. The house is very clean, complete and spacious. Balcony soooo big! Unit located on facilities floor, so conveniently very short walking distance to the swimming pool and kids playground. Located in center of Ipoh. Walking distance to Gerbang Malam and Nasi Ganja. Unit provided extra mattress. Owner was very responsive and helpful. She even come to the unit to sort out some misunderstanding about the access cards. Wifi is good. This building is the best homestays you can get in the center if Ipoh. Overall, all is good and we really enjoy our stay here.
Just some minor things. Building's lift was very packed and long waiting period during peak hours. Unit is near to a night club opposite of the road, can hear the music base until late at night, especially during Saturday and Sunday night. OK for heavy sleeper but for someone sensitive to sound might have issue to sleep. Unit's Android TV don't have any local TV channel. For entertainment just have youtube (ready to use) and Netflix (need to use your own account). Despite all this, the unit is still very worth to stay.
MYUnit is clean and linen were like new and comfy. Location is excellent. Bathroom was leaking and floor was slightly wet due to the floor tiles.unit was exactly like in the pictures shown. Host was very efficient and address most of our query
Security guard was very unfriendly and one of the lift was broken down.Took awhile due to the lift has high usage.

MYThe apartment is newly furnished with a very big balcony. Location is very strategic if you want to visit the old Ipoh. All makan places are within walking distance. Enjoyed walking to all the bakeries, chicken rice & shopping. This is a return visit to this location.
The dining table is a bit small for a bigger group.
