Przestronne wnętrze

Nice big, spacious place with generally good facilities. Good location, outside of Bari centre but short travel car ride to get there and to all other places really easily. Very close to beaches, although recommend going closer to Bari for better beaches. Excellent restaurant, El Churassco, beneath which I recommend. Close to BluWash launderette which I recommend. There were some largely minor issues but these were shared with owner who was very keen to make improvements - in a few years I expect the area to be very well developed and this property to be an excellent option rather than the very good option that it is now - if the suggested improvements are made this could quite easily become a 10/10!

Could do with extra facilities and conveniences e.g. washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board, bedside tables, shelf in shower, towel holders, washing liquid etc Surrounding area is a building site but that didn't bother us much. We asked for early check in but when we arrived it wasn't possible and when we checked in at the correct time it still wasn't cleaned - owner apologised, explained and it was promptly sorted but was rushed so not as clean as expected. Ant infestation in kitchen. Issue with parking gate meaning difficult to leave or enter if a car is parked in the nearest spot.

Mieszkanie przestronne, ładne z dwiema łazienkami. Dla osób które wypożyczają samochód dostępny parking. Do pobliskiej plaży trochę się idzie, ale przy ulicy znajduje się przystanek autobusowy więc można podjechać. Gospodyni bardzo pomocna.

Nice, clear loft, aircon keeping place cool even during the hot days.

Location is not so far from train station and also bus stop is right in front of the building, but at evening you need to use taxi from city center and it's not that cheap if you using uber.

First of all, the accommodation is just in the middle of construction, so your views are construction next door (including noise). The beach that is supposed to be 100m is also under construction, so the nearest sea option is 1,2km (sea across the road is just not nice, and the entrance is way too slippery). There is just nothing in the neighbourhood (no shops/restaurants/bakeries, etc), so you will need a car all the time. There is a bus stop nearby, but the buses just don't arrive/leave on time (which is not the owner's fault ofc, just reality) The accommodation wasn't super clean when we arrived (I will state that we asked for an earlier chec in and they made it possible, so maybe it influenced the cleaning). Some of the dishes were dirty, there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the barhrooms, and the desinfeciton thingy was left empty in the toilet. The accommodation is also not well equipped. The AC is only in the downstairs area and is just not powerful enough, so it was impossible to sleep upstairs due to extreme heat. We lacked cleaning supplies because there was no dish soap or broom (we've asked for broom but unfortunately didn't get any). We also lacked anything where we could dry our beach stuff and towels, as the bathrooms don't even have hooks to hang your towels. There is nowhere you could hang your beach towels/swimsuit, which was also very inconvenient. The showers don't have a single shelf where you could put your stuff. Overall, I think the place needs a few improvements. The host/owner communicated well, but they have automatic messages set up, which means you get messages that don't make sense and don't follow what you've agreed on before.
