GBLocation was very good. Close to the seafront, a good selection of restaurants, bars and the town centre.
Property advertises 'private parking' multiple times on their site but we found out on day of arrival that there is no private parking. Had we known that I would not have booked the property. The cost of parking was £39 per day, which people need to factor into their booking costs. Property is generally clean but when we moved the bed a bit to remove a sweet packet that had left there we found that the floor hadn't been cleaned in some while. Won't say what else I found but it was not pleasant. No mirror in the bathroom is inconvenient when you are trying to shave. Communication with the hosts is a bit tortuous. They didn't seem that concerned that their property advertised private parking but didn't have any (I sent them screen shots of the web pages). In response to that message they just sent a mail listing all the additional costs I would be liable for if we lost the key, had a complaint about noise etc.
GBGood location, easy to walk everywhere and the property was nice and clean.
Lack of mirrors, and furniture. No mirror or shaving point in the bedroom, no dressing table or somewhere for a woman to get ready and the smoke alarm was just a dangling wire.

Warm water from shower, bathroom and kitchen was very hot but the shower was warm.
