nice 1 bdrm apartment in center

1. Właściciel dał mi błędne klucze, przez co połowę pobytu spędziłam w apartamencie do „odnowienia” gdzie było bardzo brudno (brudna podłoga, włosy w zlewie, kurz, popiół w toalecie), smród ze zlewu w kuchni), z ponadto karnisz, który spadł mi na głowę, niedziałającą płyta grzewcza, brak czajnika, niedziałająca suszarka, brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem. 2. Właściciel nie odpowiadał na moje wiadomości, kiedy potrzebowałam odpowiedzi na pytanie, za to nękał mnie telefonami, kiedy przez niego, klucze dla innych wynajmujących były w moim mieszkaniu. 3. Nie przeprosił za pomyłkę. 4. W prawidłowym apartamencie internet działał bardzo źle. 5. W prawidłowym apartamencie nie działała klimatyzacja w salonie. 6. W prawidłowym apartamencie ręczniki, które otrzymałam były brudne, znalazłam na nich włosy łonowe i zasuszonego robaka. 7. W prawidłowym apartamencie podłoga również była brudna, pod łóżkiem bardzo dużo kurzu oraz puste butelki po wodzie, które nie zostały posprzątane po wcześniejszych gościach. 8. Cena bardzo wysoka jak za taki apartament i przede wszystkim takie podejście do wynajmującego. 9. Blok ogólnie jest w złym stanie, bardzo stara i zniszczona winda oraz klatka schodowa.

The location is very good and nice place.

The only good thing about this apartment is location, walk distance from most of the important Monuments.

This apartment is just to make money, and person who is dealing with it does not care at all about improvment or fixing stuff around. Apartment is located in a very old building and elevator gives you the impression that will break down at any minute. Now I will start with rest of details that are NOT helping: - Not equipped at all - kitchen had one pot and one pan- - For turning cooker on had to go and buy a lighter as it was not working - Washing machine not working - told owner and he sent me description of error, a way of informing me what I should do to fix it, I had to pull out washing mashine and try to fix it by myself (managed to make it work) - very unprofessional attitude from owner - Toilet is not staddy and licking - Both handles from doors are not fixed and coming out when you try to openor close door - Shower licking - Duvet cover and sheets had holes in it - unbelievable that someone will provide something like this in 2025 -IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT STARTED RAINING ON ME - informed owner about it he mendioned he will contact a plumber( not sure for what as this was coming from roof) and he will let me know when he will attend to fix problem. I was there for 2 weeks - he never showed up unfortunately and every time was raining it was raining on bed. I would not recomand this appartment to anyone for the money asked you can find better accomadation.

The hosts are really nice people they greet you very nice and also telling us where to go. Very nice apartment and also very clean and spacious . Thank you so much

Past 3pm & I had to contact and request the entrance informations, broken plug, broken door, sink leaking, ceiling water leaking, broken shower holder, advertised with tv included but no tv was installed anywhere, texted the host about it and never got any reply
