Stunning 2 bedroom flat in town

Everything about the apartment was exceptional, top quality products, really high spec, lovely outside space to eat breakfast in the morning in the sunshine! Close to town and friends of ours who live in Bournemouth. Good value for money, good 2 bed apartment, beds good, quite hard mattress but ok. Whole apartment was in very good condition.

Keys were in a lockbox, there were instructions to access them but unfortunately a big shrub is growing over the boxes and there were 2 boxes on the front of the column, we had to access the 4th box. On the back of the column there were approximately 7 boxes…….. we had to try the code on every box before we found the right one. Once we the keys, we couldn’t open the garage door as the battery in the fob was dead! Phoned the agent, he told us to go to the basement via the front door and life and open the door inside the garage which we did. Great….. however, the door from the car park to the lift shut and we couldn’t open it as the key fob was dead…. Back up to the front door, in the lift, opened the door held it open to let the others out of the garage! That was the only downside to a great stay in the apartment! Just make sure the battery is working in future and you would score 10/.10!

Great location… good size for family of 4.. good communication with host.. double mattress on the firmer side.

Owner was on hand to help with any issues, very nice clean flat with everything you need. Location was great, 5 minutes walk to town.

Flat had Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, 2 bathrooms, parking, easy access.

The lift door didn’t work and wouldn’t open on our floor. We had to go up to level 1 to then go to the ground floor or basement the lift down. The key fob to the garage worked intermittently so getting to our car was hard at times.

The kitchen was well equipped, the outside area a bonus and the living area was comfortable. The flat was very well cleaned and the hosts answered any questions very quickly.

Antibacterial spray and toilet roll holders would have finished it off nicely.
