The location was nice the view of table mountain was superb

The service was so poor,we got an email about two hours before check in about cleaning service being delayed and on arrival the place was not that clean, I had a problem with iron that was not clean and ended up burning my new trouser, I decided to calle the support asking for an iron which I never got it even after I made means to call couple of times without any assistance.The bed frame was so loud that even during the night when you turn it wakes up the other person as well as the couch.
