The property is super clean and the key giver is so friendly. I will go back this place If I get the chance.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this little Mini house. Kitchen was a plus but eating out at the night market around the corner was so cheap. Hot shower and comfy bed. Stored our bicycles inside the large lounge. Very nicely equipped. Great value. Recommend a little bar on 4th floor of Vien Hotel just near the market for well priced cocktails and lovely intimate bar.

You can hear everything the neighbours say / do out the back of the kitchen so have to keep the doors shut between rooms. But that’s just part of living life in these cosy streets / community! Owner doesn’t speak any English (the gentleman speaks French and nephew English if he is around) but Google translate works super!

It was very easy, the lady lives next door who gives the keys.

The entrace is a bit strange and inconvenient with the sliding out doors and a huge lock but it is a very minor thing.
