O quarto é confortável

Não tem acessibilidade, não há identificação do park de estacionamento, água estava fria Cafe da manha caro, ninguém me ajudou com as malas, tive que subir vários degraus com a mala na mão pois o piso não comporta a mala se rodas e eu estava vestida para um casamento. Tivemos um problema com o café da manhã e não tiveram nenhuma vontade de resolver.
