Was very clean. Well equipped. Great location

Toilets were too low. 😂

The amenities inside were very nice.

The outdoor area was a bit messy, and there wasn’t any fuel for the grill. May be a leak in either the toilet or the shower near the laundry room. Some water came out each time anything was used on the floor.

We arrived late at night after visiting with my stepmom for several hours. The outside appeared a bit spooky, which was fun for us, but a little unnerving for the ladies. What a wonderful surprise as we walked in the door. The house was open and inviting with plenty of room to spread out. My brother and sis-in-law got the king room and we took the queen. Unfortunately, due to a cold I'd contracted, I sequestered myself in the twin room so as not to awaken the girlfriend. The twin bed was surprisingly comfy and we have no complaints.

I can't think of much we didn't like. My only issue was the shower. I like it powerful and piping hot. It was neither. But that's hardly worth fretting over. Also, the shower floor mat was dirty. You couldn't tell from looking at it, but once you stepped out of the shower and on to the mat, our feet trekked dirt all along the floor. We used a hand towel as a floor may after that.

The location is very convenient to Weeki Wachee springs and restaurants/shopping. Beds were comfortable. Everything was in good working order. All of the main appliances available. Loved the front porch area. Overall, a very comfortable place at a good price.

Not enough towels. Only 1 per person for a 4 night stay. No wash cloths. No beach towels. No dish soap. The kitchen was well stocked in some ways but missing some basic things. (Ex. No baking sheet. Only 1 spatula). Stovetop and dining table were dirty when we arrived, although plenty of cleaning supplies to take care of it. Minor inconveniences in an overall very nice place.

The location was great for the springs and lots of great shops/restaurants near by

It was not disclosed that there was an occupied area of the home. We noticed when someone drove up at night and went into a side room of the house.
