The location was amazing. Centrally located to hit downtown or the many restaurants with ease. Surprisingly our room (400) had a beach view. I believe it was advertised as a garden view. I wasn't expecting it so it was a lovely bonus.

The boardwalk to the beach needed work. The grade of the steps were off and it looked liked they just added treads over the old treads which made the steps off which could make you stumble if not careful.

"The Beach Club stay and staff was above both my wife's and I expectations, great job!"

This was a 3-day stay for my wife and I for our 2-year wedding anniversary that was highly memorable. I did all the planning and work for it, and my wife was highly impressed and happy with the choices I made for those 3 days in St. Augustine (it was a surprise for her where we were going for our anniversary). The view of the ocean was amazing; the living quarters were great. The outdoor pool was perfect and walking on the beach was awesome. We even received a card that said "happy anniversary" in it. The only suggestion my wife had to make it perfect would be receiving a complementary gift basket, or fruit and drink basket for the occasion because the staff knew our stay was for a wedding anniversary celebration. Nonetheless, that would be for my wife's "perfect" vacation stay. We both had a blast, only had to travel a few miles to get to anywhere we wanted to go in St. Augustine during our stay. I loved the customer service and staff for everything they did to make our stay perfect in my eyes. Thank you so much, The Beach Club, I want to come back again because it was an amazing experience for both my wife and I!

This is not controllable by any human being, but one thing my wife and I didn't like was the weather. It was consistent rain all three days with periods of sun. But we made the best of the situation and planned accordingly!

Convenience

The trash situation we have to transport it to the dumpster the shouldn’t be apart of our stay we pay to have that in the fees already so we shouldn’t have to take out the garbage in the room
