Location, cleanliness, well renovated. Bus stops, Rail station, pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries - everything is within 2/3 mins walking distance.

on the 3rd floor, but no elevator/lift. Just one AC unit, outside the bedrooms, trying to cool down the whole apartment. Has balcony, but the handle to open the balcony door came off second time we tried to use it, so could not go to the balcony anymore. Informed the owner immediately, but absolutely no response. It needs a trash can in the kitchen.

Heater is not working very well. We are freezing . Owner doesn't reply when i feedback to him about the heater through booking.com message

Only had one air conditioning unit which wasn’t powerful enough to cool the bedrooms. So the apartment was very cold warm.

The location was really good. There was a place for parking my car. Only 15 minutes took me to go to Venice from the apartment. The bus station was very close. Everything in home was clean and functional.
