AVOID This "Hostel" at All Costs If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and run the other way! My two-week stay was an absolute disaster, a masterclass in false advertising and appalling customer service. This place is a complete fraud, and the glowing photos online are nothing short of deceptive. Here's a point-by-point breakdown of the miserable reality: Zero Balconies: Despite what the booking promised, there wasn't a single balcony to be found. Just another lie in a long list. Dysfunctional Bathrooms: Prepare for a primitive experience. One bathroom had no working lights, while the other boasted a non-operational geyser. Hot showers? Forget about it! Leaking AC Units: Both air conditioning units were constantly dripping water, turning the floors into a slip-and-slide hazard. Non-Existent Customer Service: The staff here is utterly useless. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unbothered by any issues you might have. Don't expect timely responses or any effort to resolve your problems. Rude and Uncaring Management: The owner and staff are not just unhelpful; they are downright rude and dismissive. Your concerns will be met with indifference, if not outright hostility. Hostel Cafe is Off-Limits: Even when the hostel was plunged into darkness due to power outages, guests were forbidden from using the hostel cafe. Apparently, basic comfort is too much to ask for. "Free Breakfast" is a Cruel Joke: Their idea of "free breakfast" is a daily serving of stale bread sandwiches. If you're hoping for a decent meal, you'll be sorely disappointed. In summary, this was an absolutely abysmal experience. This "hostel" is a masterclass in how not to run an accommodation. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs! You'll thank me later.

Cafe rates are too high and toilets were not that clean

The staff was good but as of now didn't send the requested bill The only good thing is the location which was close to the metro station and rooms were okay

Location

There were 2 bathrooms in the room—one couldn’t be locked and the other had a broken flush. Seriously, how can basic things like this not work? The AC in my dorm didn’t reach my side of the bed, which is at the back; I woke up completely sweaty. On top of that, there were mosquitoes in the room, and the main dorm door was so loose it could fall anytime. Easily the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Total letdown.
