"POOR, can be improved"

Staff was friendly but the owner was impolite. The property was at great location.

No common spaces to sit and hang out. One needs to pay to sit at the places advertised on booking.com. There were mosquitoes and unclean places incl washrooms. While giving feedback to owner, he was impolite

The staff were really good. Sanjay and his colleagues were very accommodating and friendly. The location was at the centre. The price was nominal and has good access to all the areas. Initially booked for 1 night, but then continued our stay. Only problem I found was climbing to upper dorm beds was a bit of a task, other than that on of the best hostels in Pune.
