No hubo nada que me disgustara

Le positionnement géographique, la Clim intégrée, la taille de l’appartement et le système de verrouillage sur la porte d’entrée.

L’odeur dans la salle de bain, le manque d’aération, le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine et le matelas trop dur.

Convenient location and a supermarket right around the corner. Restaurants and cafes are right outside. A bike rental shop is within walking distance. Metro is a 10 minute walk. Scenic spots can be reached without much trouble. A bike is highly recommended.

I could not find a single cup in my room. They probably forgot.

Wonderful place, in a great location, very clean and equipped with all the necessary things. We can access the apartment anytime with the received code, which is very convenient and easy. Contact with the hosts was also great; they helped always during our stay. We recommend Osito Hub and would be happy to be back during our next visit to Valencia. It was an easy access with the door code. We liked the complementary champagne. The appliances were really nice and the kitchen with the table was great. It was wonderful we would stay there again for sure because of location.

When we arrived the bed was clean as well as the kitchen. However, the only problem was in the bathroom. The shower was not cleaned properly as well as the sink. The mop, broom, and other cleaning appliances were left in the bathroom but we could not put them somewher else so they got wet.

La situación en la ciudad

Nos contactaron por WhatsApp tres personas y cuando pregunté si podía dejar las maletas en algún sitio y al intentar hacer el checking on line mi DNI no tenía fecha de expedición, obligatoria según su formulario, tmb pregunté, y recibí ninguna respuesta en ambos casos, me inventé fecha de expedición del DNI y cargamos con las maletas hasta las tres de la tarde por la ciudad. Un día, estando fuera del apto, me enviaron un mensaje de qué había un corte de electricidad general y pedían permiso para entrar a rearmar diferencial y magnetotermicos. No contesté y cuando volvimos estaba todo ok, entraron??? No sé sabe. En tres días diferentes encontramos cucarachas moribundas con las patitas hacia. arriba. El anteúltimo día nos llamaron para indicarnos que debíamos dejar el apto al día siguiente antes de las 11:00. Cuándo me quejé y expliqué el porqué, me pidieron disculpas y me dijeron que habían fumigado dos días antes de nuestra llegada. Dejamos el apto a las 10:55 y poco después se me expulsó del grupo de WhatsApp donde me habían incluido para darme el código de acceso. En resumen decepcionante trato personal.

Rustige maar gezellige wijk. Zo oversteken naar de supermarkt, heel handig....en op loopafstand van de metro. Accomodatie is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.
