De ligging van de accommodatie ten opzichte van het centrum, koffie- en theefaciliteiten. In de buurt kan je gratis parkeren. In de buurt genoeg gelegenheden om te ontbijten. Het historisch centrum met de leuke barretjes en restaurantjes.

Er hangt een muffe, vochtige keldergeur in de traphal. Smalle en steile trap naar boven. Foto's van het terrasje geven een verkeerd beeld, terras is veel kleiner dan op foto's lijkt! Badkamer is gedateerd, muffe geur, kan een goede opfrissing gebruiken.
