The ambience, peace and quiet, the friendly and helpful staff, the spa facilities and massage therapists were also great.

It used to get a bit noisy in the steam and sauna rooms. Since it is a closed space it was a bit stressful. For example, we were a couple in the sauna room, and there 2 other groups of 2 each who are also in the same room and each of the group is talking loudly - how would you feel? It was not a good experience. So although we stayed from 4th June - 9th June, we used the spa facilities only twice on 4th and 7th June. It may help to put a notice or letting the guest know while signing in to keep the volume low. By setting expectations, the guest will know what not to do, everyone will feel welcome, respected and achieve their purpose of visiting the spa facilities. Thank you 🙏🤗

Heating in room did not work- air conditioner very noisy & did not heat No housekeeping other than replace bottled water No laundry facilities or services Better coffee options at breakfast

Lovely spacious room with a little balcony. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. Very large car park with a drop off area.
