"sceglierei di nuovo Eraclea , ma non il Palace"

Solo la colazione , abbastanza ricca e varia

hotel fermo agli anni 90, bagni con rubinetti che necessitano manutenzione (vanno cambiati) personale, poco attento alle richieste del cliente (sarà che ti giudicano per come sei vestito) risposte poco esaustive zona piscine con docce incrostate zero manutenzione totalmente da sostituire , zona iacuzzi, con iacuzzi non funzionanti anche esse datate, zona spa senza la possibilità di mettere al sicuro gli oggetti personali parcheggio pagato a parte , senza dire che non si adatta ad auto come Suv , alla nostra lamentela la receptionist lo ha detto dopo dicendoci "eh purtroppo lo spazio è quello per farcele stare tutte bisogna stringere i posti auto " io dire che questa è proprio una risposta molto professionale no? !!!!

hotel che si trova in centro ad Eraclea con una buona potenzialità ma con doverosi lavori di restauro per essere un vero 4 stelle, . Buona e variegata la colazione.

non ho potuto sfruttare la zona piscine e SPA per via degli orari molti ridotti con il check-in dalle 15:00 e il check-out alle 10.00, magari aprire il check-in alle 12.00 permetterebbe di usufruire di tale servizio e di valutarlo
