The location is convenient for what I needed to do, and the surroundings are very pleasant. a few good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The apartment itself is excellent - well-maintained, clean and smart looking.
The bed was very soft, not providing enough support for the back. Also, would have been nice is there were a starter supply of milk for coffee / tea. Free street parking is available, but you might need to circle around to find an open spot., especially if you try to find a spot in the evening. You need to be able to walk up to the second floor, which can be a pain if you have heavy luggage or if you have trouble with stairs.

Nice, new and modern apartment on the top floor of a newly remodeled building. Sunny, nicely decorated and comfortable. Well-stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Great location, near a park with a nice walk to the cathedral.
No way to dispose of garbage. Host did not reply with code to the bin. Had to put the garbage on the patio so couldn't use the patio after a few days because of the smell.
