Budget and lovely rooms Las Setas

El lugar es excelente, tanto en confort como en ubicación. Habitación amplia, limpia, cómoda. Baños compartidos pero muy equipados. Cocina totalmente equipada. Limpieza de lugar en común todos los días. Anfitrión muy atento y dispuesto. Si bien esta en medio de centro histórico se puede descansar perfectamente sin ruidos. Si vas a Sevilla y queres recorrer todo el centro historico este lugar es ideal. Se puede complicar un poco si se tiene vehículo pero existen parking a una cuadras. Muy recomendable, sin duda volveré.

Los huéspedes de al lado fueron a pasar un buen rato durante toda la noche, incluyendo musica y allí nadie hizo nada.

The location is very central. Walkable distance to all main sights in the city.

It was a total rip-off in terms of value for money. I paid EUR 316 for two nights. I was booking on short notice and there were not many places available in the city at that time, so I had no choice and they made use of such situation. The room was very small, old and with minimum furniture. The bedding seemed to be unchanged from the previous guest. The manager was at first nice and assisted with checking in via WhatsApp. But at the end of my stay I got a message asking to refrain from posting critical public reviews regarding the accommodation. When I noted in response that the price seems to inflated vis-à-vis quality of the place, I was instantly blocked 😐 So this is my honest public review.

es difícil elegir. el lugar es idóneo. zona centro, lugar emblemático... la habitación era perfecta: limpia, ordenada, con todas las comodidades... los baños suficientes la cocina, la verdad, que apenas la usé. solo el frigorífico, y estuvo totalmente disponible para mi. otros clientes sí usaron la cocina. les presté un mechero creo recordar. el salón tampoco lo usé, pero los sillones son cómodos. la terraza, un lujo. la cantidad de caprichos que me concedieron, no tiene precio. la limpieza y el orden en todo momento se hacían palpables. espero que no se me quede nada en el tintero.

Excellent location. Building was secure . Lovely Staff accommodated an early check in. Facilities in the apartment were very good. Fully equipped. My room was clean and adequate for my 2nt stay.

Bathrooms on the right the shower was not good. Pressure was low. The lock on my room door was a little stick and hard to lock and unlock. This is a 4 bedroom apartment with rooms rented individually so you are sharing an apartment with strangers. 2 Bathrooms .shared.
