All the staff was amazing, everybody was very kind the jeep tour with the guide was very helpful. The cost/price is very good.

A unique, one-of-a-kind experience. The wild area where the campus is located, the silence, the mountains, the mysteries of the desert. Very comfortable tent, bathroom with all the necessities for city comfort in the desert, very large bed (if desired, two parents with a child up to 7-8 years old can sleep without problems and without the need for a triple room). Very friendly hosts, absolutely fabulous (after the last dinner, only our group remains, they offered us an evening of Bedouin-specific music and dance in which we all participated equally). We loved the tent where the meals were served. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious and local. 4x4 car tours or camel rides through the desert can be arranged (purchasing a tour will make the transfer from the Visitor Center to the campus free).

From arrival until the last night we received no hot water or internet. We reported the problem quite late to our host Atallah, but it was fixed immediately! We didn't get any towels at all! We were told that we had to ask. We consider it mostly the host's fault for not taking an interest in our comfort or if we were lacking anything, but also our fault for not reporting the problems as we encountered them. It is the reason why we did not give a 10. Late autumn nights are cold so don't forget to ask for an extra blanket if you need one.

Everything was perfect, the food was amazing, the tour was awesome. We really liked the time we spent together after the dinner. 10/10

We enjoied the jeep ture. Our driver and guide was really nice. We liked the tipical dinner and the authentic live music - the camp owner and othe staff were playing and singing. Not even fireworks were missing - we stayed there for the new yeas eve. As for the tend - it was nice and large enough for our family of five. Pretty could but that is something we expected in a tend in the midle of the desert in winter time.

Limited electricity, no heating during nights

We had a pleasant stay and service was excellent.

The owner, Atallah, was extremely friendly and chatty about everything. He really wanted to make us feel at home. The chef and responsible person for the camp, Ramadan, was very friendly and he was an amazing cook. We also really appreciated the fact they organised a little party for us with music and dancing after our dinner although we were only 5 due to low bookings. Quickly hot water in the shower.

Maybe in the general space they could put some games or books to read.
