Regarding the apartment, we chose this apartment because the ad says it has air conditioning, which is not true. The apartment has an air conditioner that doesn't work in one of the bedrooms. Even if it did work, it wouldn't be enough to heat the apartment. The person in charge is distant and uninterested. When we complained about the air conditioning problem, saying it didn't match the apartment's ad, he said there was only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Another problem is that the air conditioning remote control didn't work. When we informed the person in charge, he sent a configuration manual for the remote control. At first, we thought it was because the air conditioning was very old. Later, we saw that the air conditioning wasn't working because we tried to turn it on directly using the button, which didn't work. This isn't fair because we paid the amount requested for the accommodation because it was supposed to be an air-conditioned apartment, which isn't the case. At this time of year, with the heat, it was difficult to sleep because there wasn't even a fan. Another problem was that the air conditioning was broken, so we had to sleep with the windows open, which made it difficult to sleep because of the street noise. Another issue is the cleanliness of the apartment; there are even cobwebs on the ceiling, which should be cleaned. I can't deny that the apartment is in a good location, close to everything, but the lack of air conditioning is a real pain this time of year. Since the apartment doesn't meet the information provided at the time of booking—it's not air-conditioned—I would like a discount in the form of a refund, as we chose and paid for this apartment because it was said to have air conditioning.

I liked absolutely everything. The location is perfect. The central market is nearby, and so is the metro station. The rooms are very nice and bright. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. There were some issues, as mentioned above: the faucet is not fixed, the toilet leaks, and in the shower, if you're not careful, the whole floor gets wet. But these are minor things. Everything was truly wonderful. High ceilings, bright rooms. Convenient check-in/check-out. The kitchen is shared by everyone. There's a minimal amount of necessary dishes. Overall, I’m very, very satisfied. Magnificent!

It was very dirty. I even found broken glass on the floor! 🤯 something like that can’t be allowed! Look at the photos and all the dirt we found. Bathroom was flooding after one shower. Do not recommend.

The location is great: easy transport links with the airport and the attractions in the city. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around the apartment.

1) The kitchen is outside the apartment and is shared with other tenants. It is also poorly equipped, so not really suitable if you want to cook. 2) The locker code supplied to us initially by the owner was incorrect. We were worried and had to call the owner close to midnight. Fortunately, he replied and gave us the correct code. 3) The apartment is in need of renovation and the furnishings are very basic. Many things do not work properly: the toilet is constantly running, the automatic entrance light keeps turning on and off, the windows do not close properly, the exterior window blind in one room is stuck in a half-open state. Finally, the dishwasher from the kitchen outside the apartment leaked and we had puddles of soapy water inside the apartment.
