6 PAX 1 BEDROOM SOHO near SPICE ARENA PANTAI SPECIALIST AIRPORT

We were balik kampong, Stayed only for 1 night and it was near to my parents in law's house. Easy access to restaurants and street foods.

Pillow were unpleasant and kind of old, i think. Need to provide more pillows as i booked the room for 6 pax. The bedsheet was also not that clean (got some stains) and was a bit torn. I did not realise the room was upstairs. that we needed to walk up stairs.

No tissue and toilet paper, no shampoo and free parking also not available.

Spacious room, but not well maintained. Lots of natural light through many windows. Plenty of hot water & the A/C works well and quietly. Hairdryer, iron, and ironing board provided. Nice big refrigerator, kettle, and water filter in the kitchen. Water dispenser nearby un the hallway.

The floors looked clean, but we found long black hair here and there. Couldn't close the windows in the bathroom. Commercial kitchen stainless steel sink in the bathroom. If you don't like critters, stay away from that condo. It's full of tiny ants in the kitchen that also end up in your bed. Hard mattress & pillows, thin towels. The owner retires at 8 pm. Basically, he has a "don't disturb" sign on his forehead, although he was briefly available after 8 pm to help us get into a different apartment as guests had smoked in our originally assigned condo. No WiFi (the router is too far away for a strong connection). Forget working on a computer.

I like the Kayu Nasi Kandar Restaurant opposite the CEO building and near to the airport.The room has dining,table,fridge 2 double bed and a water filter. It also has smart tv too.

I didn't like the room that they assigned me but I dont want to escalate anything since my purpose is to send my daughter to the airport the next day and it is Hari Raya peak season where choices of rooms are limited and we were tired after travelling from Kuala Lumpur.When I booked my room the picture shown an apartment. However, I got the uppermost floor like an office space converted to a room. I have to carry heavy luggages and bags, walked up the stairs.My unit has NO LOCK and only see through lock hole.I use a mop to block to door just in case people enter my unit. There is a gaping hole on the wall so I put a toilet roll in the hole to be safe. I am just describing my unit as it is. The host should have put a door lock so I can locked my unit for safety.I checked out early in the morning and headed to the airport.After informing the host and taking photo of the key returned, not even thoughtful words like Thank you from the host. I would choose other place if I have enough time to search for better place. There is a notice on the door saying if you dont like you can ask for a refund. Imagine sleeping at night without being able to lock your unit. There is a unit below our staircase. The aircond is working fine and the smart tv is a plus point. Thank you host and please fix the door lock for safety.

Good for family stay.. Location is good..
