The rooms were spacious and well equipped. No clutter! Felt like a little hotel as far as furnishings etc
Am sure the owner is on it but a quick garden replant and collapsible garden chairs to bring inside at the end of the day would be a great extra but not essential

I liked the size of the rooms very spacious.Had a lovely bathroom ,was able to have a bath or take a shower.There were towels ,bath&shower gel ,slippers/flip flops all supplied.Had lots of utensils and things supplied in the kitchen and good space when cooking .There were lots of other things supllied to make the stay comfortable Can park on the road if driving .Or can walk into Leicester town centre about 15 minutes walk.There are shops , and takeways very close to the property on Hinckley road .The host was excellent, very professional, and friendly when communicating in messages, which I was very impressed by.

"Great stay and great location."

Great location with free parking. Everything included with kitchen and utensils. Beds comfortable and bathroom facilities great. TV great with all smart apps available.
Sofas not very padded and no high backs to them.
