Amanecer Turquesa #7 Ocean View

The property was clean, private and had a lovely view overlooking the ocean. Adriana was a fantastic host, she went above and beyond to try and help me get the best out of my stay on Isla Mujeres. Unfortunately, the weather ruined my plans but Adriana was very accommodating and understanding.

Andrea was the lady who helped with everything at the start to the end she was amazing and one night there was a rainstorm that flooded the balcony part and she mopped it up so we could use it when we got back … i would go again just to see this amazing service .. also the sea views were unreal sunset sunrise was beautiful if you are here for a short few days then its perfect maximum a week as the waves can become noisy sometimes but overall A+++ service thank you

Balcony doors didnt lock and the shower always got flooded so you would basically be standing in an inch of water but i think this may happen in most hotels around isla mujeres as the other hotel we used also had a inch of water in the shower that drained after 15/20 mins or so

I loved the ocean view, and the location was great. Its in the middle of the island and is close to everything. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We loved our time so much that we extended our stay by 3 days and canceled our plans for another island. We loved breakfasts at Mango restaurant. Ice coffee and a variety of foods were excellent. We could get dishes and utensils in the little kitchen in the back, and it was very useful to have a mini fridge and a safe in the room. Staff was very helpful and proactive. They tried to help in any way they could, and we really appreciated it!! We will be back to the island, and stay in the Priest house again.

It was challengingfor our taxi driver to find our hotel. A bit of instruction would have been useful. I wish the bed was bigger, and an outlet by the bed side, to charge our phones, as well as a small lamp on the night stand would be a great touch. However it didn't spoil our stay. The first night I came down with a rather rapidly onset of a cold. I went on the balcony to not wake up my daughter. In 30 min all my symptoms were gone. I went back to sleep and symptoms were back in 10 min. I don't get allergies, but I was definitely reacting to something. I found an air freshener and took in out of the room. No more allergies! Simple fix indeed. Also, there were two pillows instead of standard 4. In hindsight I should have just asked for extra pillows, but I didn't, so thats on me!

Really everything. For what we wanted this was perfect. Central location, great views, cold air (in the rooms) my only suggestion would be to have a little convenience area with snacks, water, beer... and a fan in the lobby to move some air. That's it. We loved it.

Fantastic room, amazing view, great location away from the tourist spots. Ricardo wonderful host, super welcoming and full of advise. Hopefully one day I’ll be back.
