The lack of a lift to help with my carrying all our bags up to flr-1 then to flr-2.

"OK for a night"

- Staff was very welcoming and friendly. 5 stars!! - Full English breakfast was great and the 5 of us agreed. - Garden area is inviting and surely great on a sunny day (it was spitting on the day we went but we still manage to enjoy it) - Good shower

- Cistern took longer than 5 minutes to fill so for a bedroom with 5-6 people capacity, it is a struggle. Unless we were very unlucky with the water flow that particular day, or maybe because we were on the top floor. - Cleaning in the bathroom could be improved. Again, it may have been a one-off.

"Nice place to stay whilst in Liverpool"

Everyone was very welcoming. Locals made us feel at home. I’m afraid we didn’t stay for breakfast. Not far from City Centre. Buses and Uber
