SENice location, space, nice sauna and bathtub.
One bed missing on arrival and it took sms, email, booking message and calling Booking to ask for help total 22h to get an answer and the bed arranged. The appartment is nice but several of the furniture is broken. Complicated look, took 10min to get out of the appartment before we could figure it out.

The check-in was confusing. Booking.com said one thing and your site said another. We wasted money taking an Uber because Booking.com had us go to a Pho place to pick up keys. Then your site said to use codes to access your place. I got a message saying to leave the keys in the apt. But again I didn’t get any keys. Also there wasn’t any laundry detergent. The sauna instructions were not clear. There isn’t an “on” button you press. It’s two knobs with no instructions about what they mean. I had to YouTube how to turn it on. The TV didn’t work. Any channel I tried to watch said “Content Scrambled”. There were no extra towels. The trash door was locked so I was forced to leave the trash outside. I tried calling support multiple times and it was a recording. It didn’t feel like a “second home”. This will be the last time I use second home

AUGreat location, very spacious, well equipped, washing machine and sauna.
Finding the location for the key was easy. Locating the building was challenging in the dark, snow, with no wifi and no real directions. After failing to find it on foot we just jumped in a taxi and found it with ease.
GBSize, area, cleanliness, style, bathroom, sauna. One of the best rentals I've ever stayed in.
More instruction for turning on the sauna needed for people that don't use them often. Maybe a more comfortable bed set up with a headboard? More choice of TV channels/options, maybe a Chromecast/smart TV to allow for apps

USThe location is beautiful and very central. I loved the sauna and heated floors. The building is very quiet and clean and the internet worked seamlessly.
Getting the key so far from the apartment was a little tricky because you had to have a cab driver agree to make two stops. Also the apartment had a bit of an ant problem.
AUThe apartment was spacious clean and comfortable the sauna was amazing once you work out how to use it difficult to find the apartment at night
The fact the key was in opposite direction to apartment would not have booked if known this as we had no transportation it was a long walk with our luggage no instructions for the sauna
USSpacious and tasteful appartment! The Sauna was also spacious, clean and amazing to have!!! The courtyard. The neighborhood was quiet but just two blocks from busy parts that offer everything.
