セルフチェックイン方法の案内メッセージが当日になっても無い。ホテルまで行けたのにチェックイン出来なかった。マレーシアでは日本の電話番号は使えない為、連絡(WhatsApp)が取れない。返金するよう連絡したが1週間音沙汰無し。
