The dublin packet family room 4

Location was good. only 8-10 min walk from the Holyhead port. It was quite warm. there is a small kitchen with Hob, microwave and a mini fridge. Tea/cofee with a kettle is available in the room

There is no proper reception. if you want to check in or check out, or anything else, you have to call them. There was only one bathroom to be shared by 4 rooms. No shampoo etc, provided. No towels or any kind of toiletries are provided. There is a TV, but no YouTube or any channels. Netflix (with a shared account) is there, every time you play something, it tells you to stop watching from the other screen or upgrade your plan.

Was met at the property, had everything we needed right next door to ferry terminal.

Sofa bed not the comfiest could do with a better mattress

Booked this very last minute when I reaklsied that Transport for Wales don't think it appropriate to wait 20 minutes for a delayed ferry before sending off the last train for nearly 8 hours overnight. In sideways rain, I find it quite difficult to find and a few signpost pointers would have helped - Apple maps has an attitude problem with it. When I arrived, late, really kind man took my suitcases adn made sure I was settled in comfortably. No en suite - which I hadn't experienced for many years- but clean and fine.

Room 4 which I stayed is on the 2nd floor , toilet was in shared basis and in 1st floor . Room was extra clean and pleasant

The room was great. It was warm, the beds were comfortable and it felt very safe.

You would struggle to share the sofa bed with 2 people. The address is also wrong on booking.com we had to call the owner and she was amazing with assisting us in how to get there. Although when we arrived to check in the man was quite rude and was telling us he left the door open and the light on and the key in our room and seemed annoyed we didn’t just walk in went up 2 flights of stairs and made ourselves at home, with no instructions prior to this on how to check in as we were told to wait for him.
