GBReally liked the seclusion and the way the dome had been set up. There was lovely beds, fridge etc.
Some of the panes of window that are a material had been slashed/cut in some way and then taped up. I suppose it let down the lovely view as any picture had great big thick sellotape through them. Also because of the cuts in the material the dome leaked in several places.

ESFRDormir dans un dôme cela paraissait atypique
Tout d’abord « lake view » est complètement hors de propos car on devine à peine un lac qui se trouve à des kilomètres. Ensuite, tempête de neige à notre arrivée (personne n’y peut rien, jusqu’ici c’est normal) mais dôme très mal isolé. La température le matin était de 12 degrés, réveillés à 2h par le froid lancinant. La nous essayons de faire du feu sauf que les allume-feux (4) avaient tous été utilisés le soir pour réchauffer le dôme et honnêtement, vu le prix, la boîte d’allume feux aurait pu rester sur place, il me semble que ce n’était pas un gros manque à gagner et cela aurait éviter de passer une nuit frigorifique avec des enfants. Pas de bouteille de vin, une douche tiède pour le niveau maximum de chaleur et à part du café et du thé peut être envisager quelque chose à grignoter pour le matin? Étant donné le lieu d’isolement, on a l’impression que tout est un peu fait pour faire un maximum de profit. Dommage. Ça doit être sympa en été mais refaites vos dômes!

GBThe dome itself it’s amazing! The photos and reviews don’t it justice. We were lucky with dome 3 as it was in perfect condition. There’s a huge bathroom, kitchen and sofa area.
The night we stayed all flights from Iceland were cancelled due to wind. Yes it was VERY windy. And we had close curtains to keep warmth in. But nothing too drastic like some reviews suggest.
