"Superb"

Location is safe and nice. It is just within the mall vicinity and accessible to public transportation. It is the worth price. We had a great stay.

There is no AC in the living room and also no handspray in the toilet.

It is accessible to shop, mall, bakeshop, groceries. The room is wide, spacious.

The hallway is not clean and the smell of some part of the hallway is bad, also the elevator. Also in the unit where we stay, they don’t have exhaust fan in the kitchen, need also to put anti pesticides since i see some small cockroach in the kitchen.. the aircon not function verywell, the CR don’t have toilet bidet even though they provide a(tabo).

"A nice place to stay if you're looking for a quick trip to Makati"

If you're looking for a place in Makati that's close to everything, this is probably the place. It's right next to a train station, close to the airport as well, and just a few minutes away from a lot of good places to go to.

In an unfortunate timing, one of the aircon units of the property was not working when we were about to check-in. But we were given a heads up by the host so it was not a deal breaker.
