Grösse der Wohnung, die erste Wohnung mit Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, Lage ok, da nur 5 min.zu Fuß zur Kathedrale, man ist auch schnell auf den Autobahnzubringern,

Die Straße ist doch stark frequentiert Morgens und Abends, der Lärm im 3.Stock nicht zu überhören, schlafen bei offenen Fenster nicht zu empfehlen, also geschlossen mit Klima... Der Abwasser- Geruch im Bad war störend und Beginnende Schimmelbildung über dem Badfenster an der Decke sollte behoben werden, Badarmaturen sollten zeitnah erneuert werden. Unangenehm war der intensive Geruch im großen Kühlschrank nach Stockfisch (Bacalau) trotz Kaffeepulver keine Besserung.... Mag nicht jeder frühs auf nüchternen Magen wenn man die Tür öffnet, auch der kleine Küchentisch klebte vermutlich aufgrund der verwendeten Farbe, liess sich auch nicht durch Reinigung beheben...

"Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Jerez de la Frontera"

Sehr großes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartment. In wenigen Minuten kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der schönen Stadt Jerez de la Frontera erreichen. Mit Glück kann man einen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt in der Straße finden. In der Umgebung der Wohnung liegen einige sehenswerte Bodegas, die auch interessante Führungen mit Sherry-Verköstigung anbieten. Restaurant-Tip: das sehr gute Restaurant Amar ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Por decir algo, le pondría A/C a la cocina. Es preciosa pero muy calurosa. Tambien he de decir que había una ola de calor.

"La estancia fue excelente en términos generales."

El apartamento es amplio y con aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación de matrimonio. La otra habitación cuenta con un ventilador.

La cocina acumula mucho calor al tener una ventana tan grande sin cortinas / persianas. También, no encontramos las pinzas para el tendedero.
