Porta del Mare Luxury Apartment

The property has a nice view and it is a new.

The property was not clean. The outside balcony glass windows were very dirty and I had to clean them. There was also neither shower gel nor shampoo in the apartment. The second day of my stay the aircon was not working. Rosario, the responsible guy who handed me the keys of the apartment, was not able to help and could come after 8pm to fix it although as I understood he was only following the instructions sent to him by a video. In the end I had to open the electricity panel only to find out that the aircondition switch with set to off. Rosario was recommending to not touch anything. Luckily, I didn’t listen to him and with a help of a neighbour I managed to cool down apartment (the inside temperature was 30 degrees). Also the shower was clogged. To sum up, for more that 200 euros per night all the above are unacceptable and wouldn’t rent the apartment again and of course wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional behaviour from the owners.

It was a beautiful apartment, very friendly and helpful landlord.

Would recommend seating for entire party on the deck, 4 chairs, 5 in our party. Same with Delph.

All was pretty good according to the description . Very swift reaction of the staff.

As it a new apartment and house there were some drawbacks but Mario was very responsive and helpful. There was no vacuum cleaner. There are beaches not far from but they are all private where you have to pay .
