"Nice place but needs a few improvements."

Excellent location. The towers are in the center of all downtown Cebu activity, close to shopping and restaurants. The size of the room, it's cleanliness, and location were all key to good stay.

The receptionist at the tower was rude, unhelpful, and seemed grossly inconvenienced that she had to assist a customer. The room was clean, in good order, and comfortable, however the bathroom had a couple issues; 1. There was no toilet paper. This is not acceptable. 2. There was some type of slippery film residue on the floor of the bathroom.

Location (neighbourhood and close to the mall) Room is good for a short period of time (small) and there is a pool in the complex building The communication was fast and easy
