THLocation and condo is really clean.It is about 10 minutes to the night market.The Ayala mall complex and bus station are about 10 minutes away.

DEGreat location, close to Ayala malls and many restaurants. The wifi is fast and the TV is equipped with apple TV. During warmer times, I m glad there is an aircon. There is a laundry salon downstairs. The toilet has a bidet. Shampoo and soap are also provided.
There are many bugs in the room. I sprayed the room with insect repellent but was not enough. They kept coming back. I suspected that many were hiding on the floor under the bed. The equipment in the kitchen is dirty and not maintained. The boiler was dirty and a coffee mug had something inside that got spoiled. The bed sheet was also dirty there was a trace of dried liquid on it.
