It was a very clean and big apartment. View was priceless.

Outside Jacuzzi was not clean due to the tree above it.

View was great.

No elevator. Heater was working and not ac in night. Jacuzzi was dirty and has only cold water.

Great locations. Available parking. Nice bathrooms.

The WiFi was frequently not working.

The house had a lot of bathrooms, independent air conditioning for each room, the ac was very nice since it was so hot outside. Awesome view and nice balcony to drink coffee on and look at the view.

No Wifi, not ready in time

We absolutely loved the location and the stunning view. We traveled with a group of 6 and the three large bathrooms were such a plus for getting ready. The staff at Amore rentals were very responsive and we had the most amazing time in Positano!

One of the shower drains was clogged so we were unable to use it. Again, the staff said someone could come fix it the next day but we opted out of that because our belongings were in the room and we didn’t want to leave them unattended.

Everything was great.

Very very minor suggestions are to repair the shutter locks and add some towel hooks in the kitchen bathroom. It is wonderful to have the place opened up.

The location was really good! Although many steps to and fro the main piazza but a lot less than the other properties above this one. We were able to stay comfortably.

The internet didn't work everywhere in the apartment. Only in the kitchen. There were many ants in the room. The host made contact with us a few days before check-in, we explained to her that we are a family of 8 with many bags and asked her how we get to the hotel from the bus stop. We gave her all the information about the bus and the stop. Considering she makes herself sound like a local, she should have been more clued up. She wasn't very helpful, and we were stuck at the bus stop for quite a while before making our way to the hotel and it seemed she was getting impatient with us, which is not cool. All she kept saying is that it's busy season and we should have made arrangements for transport. Being in Positano for the first time, we depended on her to assist, but she wasn't helpful. She expected us to walk with so many bags and a baby in excruciating heat. There is also an extensive document with different recycling days etc which becomes our problem while we stay at the apartment. Enough garbage bags were not provided yet they keep reinforcing the recycling and garbage that needs to be taken out every day.
