I made an online booking, but when I reached the hotel, the staff behaved very rudely and clearly stated that online bookings do not matter to them. I was asked to pay more than double the amount that was confirmed at the time of booking. If I had to pay such a high amount anyway, I would have preferred booking offline and choosing a better stay at a lower price. This has not happened just once; I have faced this issue multiple times. Because of such repeated experiences, online booking now feels completely unreliable. Unfortunately, neither the hotel staff cooperates nor do I receive adequate support from your team in such situations. This defeats the entire purpose of online booking and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.
