The location of the property is perfect within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, with great eateries nearby. The apartment is located within a secure building with a lift and has an underground garage within 30m of the front door. The staff are very attentive via WhatsApp and very helpful.

While it is a prerequisite to pick-up the keys from another location some 3-4kms away, I see no need for it. All paperwork was filled out and sent prior to arrival, as required by the authorities. The excuse is that they want to ensure that the people on the paperwork match the people staying, and to pay the tourist tax. While other Italian accommodation providers meet you at the property and accept payment there (or prior via a link) I cannot see why this could not be done here. But at least the providers are upfront about this before you book! A small thing - it would be handy to have had a tea-towel provided and a small caddy or ledge to put soap or other toiletries on in the shower.

Die Lage und die moderne Einrichtung waren super. Der private Parkplatz ebenso. Die Größe hat uns ebenfalls zugesagt. Für Triest eine gute Wahl (Parkplatz ist Goldwert)

Die Matratzen könnte man mal erneuern, man spürt jede Metallfelder im Rücken. Spülmaschine war leider defekt. Anreise mit Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage haben wir auch nicht direkt gefunden. Man könnte hier ein Bild machen damit man weiß, dass das Garagentor in Form der Hauswand gestrichen ist. Kaffemaschine könnte man sich überlegen hinzustellen.

qualche dettaglio da rifinire:mancano i kit con shampo e bagnoschiuma che sono sempre utili, c'è solo un piccolissimo specchio in bagno e nessuno che permette di specchiarsi a figura intera, bagno cieco senza ventola di aerazione (c'è ma non funziona)

Appartamento in ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro e dai locali notturni ed allo stesso tempo in zona tranquilla ed in condominio altrettanto tranquillo. Molto apprezzato il posto auto compreso nel prezzo, essendo la città scarsa di parcheggi.

Materassi e cuscini piuttosto scomodi Da migliorare l’attenzione ai dettagli (tre giorni in quattro con un solo rotolo di carta igienica) e nessun intervento sulla richiesta, nonostante la celerità nel rispondere ai messaggi
