I can not give my opinion on this property properly as in the amenities, however, we flew from England expecting everything to be good and well. We arrived late in the evening, the property however does not tell you that it will not be open past 12 o’clock. I’d been in touch with this property previously thinking that everything would be well and good after our long flight and travel twenty eights hours. Anyway, we arrived in Jakarta. To be greeted by the taxi driver that I booked. Local man obviously. We tried to find this property, could we, no not at all. Is this property in existence im not sure or are they just a con! Be careful booking this place as we asked numerous locals as to where this property was, nobody had heard of this property who are locals which makes me very suspicious. I asked for my money back, I understood at the time it’s a no cancellation fee, however I didn’t cancel it. We just couldn’t get into the property to even use the facilities. Local people could not find this. Be very careful. Owner didn’t even contact us until 1 day had gone past our reservation. I had to get another accommodation so more money was paid out. Annoyed is the nice way of putting it. I’ll be reclaiming my money from the bank. As this is truly disgusting, owner of this place if it’s real doesn’t seem to care. Shocking service. Avoid avoid avoid. Rude rude owner
