It was dirty they were bugs in bathroom also pricing didn’t seem adequate

The only good thing is the location and it seems lots of people coming for the US embassy use it. I would not stay again normally but it is one of the cheapest in the area with reasonable facility. The building is quire nondescript. Rooms are basic and the breakfast was 'Batata poha' with Paratha one day and Idli Sambhar on the next day, nothing to go home and talk about it. The person at the desk and the room service personnels are very good and helpful. We needed to change the room because of the proximity to the reception and hence was noisy in the morning and they obliged immediately.

Room wasn't completely ready, toiletries weren't provided until asked for, food was not provided as per order

Large room as i was upgraded ., comfortable bed , clean, staff were good with efficient room service

Geser was not working. The bathroom had a smell. Average breakfast.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very supportive.

Common areas could have been kept bit more cleaner.
