"Not a pleasant hotel to stay."

I had booked an all-inclusive package, but apparently certain things were still not included, such as coffee. In addition, I could only choose from dishes containing chicken. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were generally reasonably clean. What I did not like, however, was the situation during check-out. A staff member attempted to fill in a review rating on my behalf. I did not feel comfortable with that. A staff member took my phone and wanted to write the review themselves. I found this inappropriate. That was very disappointing. For that reason, I did not find it a pleasant hotel to stay in.
