Peaceful 2bed,1bath condo with free parking all yours to enjoy

Everything worked as expected, hot water, TV, lights, room temperature control, appliances, etc. The kitchen had the essentials for most cooking needs. A handful of restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance. The apartment is located away from the main thoroughfare and is quiet. It is acceptably comfortable and reasonably priced for a family or larger group. It is conveniently located near a freeway exit but far enough to be quiet.

The refrigerator's freezer had been left set to the max. setting and big chunks of ice had formed inside. An alarm in the refrigerator control panel beeps every 30 seconds, fortunately it wasn't loud enough to be heard from the bedrooms. The alarm might possibly be related to the irregular situation with the freezer. Rugs in the living room and one of the bedrooms have seen better days and have rolled up corner "ears" that constitute tripping hazards. Bed mattresses are a bit "mushy" but this was not an issue for us.

Nothing it was horrible

Worse place I stayed!!! There was a hidden camera in the bathroom. They saw me change and take a shower before I noticed it. I called the cops they said it was a camera and checked the rest of the site. They tried getting ahold of the property but they did not want to pick up the phone to talk to the cops. I contacted the property they did not want to help me at all. I’m a women and this made me feel uncomfortable, and I thought this being a lady property manager she would understand but clearly not. Seemed like she didn’t care what so ever and did not offer any type of compensation. This place was also unsafe on the outside this guy was roaming around and had a gun and turns out he robbed a store right after he tried to come to my car. If I didn’t drive off he probably would have held me at gun point to get my car as his run away car from robbing the store. I also stated my concerns to booking.com they said they’ll take this matter very seriously as this was a violation of privacy with the camera being in the bathroom or even being in the condo at all. I will be filing a lawsuit against this property as she did not offer any type of help. I’m not sure if she put the camera in there or a cleaner did but this is unacceptable I been getting the run around for 2 weeks trying to solved this as I don’t know if they still have videos of me in the shower and changing. The bed was also messed up it sunk into the ground on the top side it was not comfortable at all. There was also beeping noises all day and night. The AC also doesn’t work it was very hot there. I definitely don’t recommend this place. I tried giving grace and wasn’t going to write a review but as I got no help with my concerns this is where I have to take it.
