Nomas SKG Stylish Apartment

Very good location. The apartment has been renovated to a good standard. The neighbourhood is quiet, despite being very close to a major road in the city. Convenient stores are located nearby. The washing machine was very much appreciated as we had to do some laundry.

We found food leftovers in the microwave from a previous tenant. Cleanliness was OK, where the eyes could see, but there was dirt and dust behind and under the beds. The shower needs a bit of attention. Parking is a real challenge in this area.

the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Ideal for families and short stays. Very good facilities, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi added to its strengths. Location is centralised and not far from Thessaloniki's hotspots and attractions. Near to the beachfront and the Airport as well. Happy to discover that had some extra devices, kettles and cutlery and even British type of sockets available! (very useful for non-EU electronics and chargers to plug directly)

Though it's not the host's responsibility, the Parking in that neighbourhood is a real nightmare! Almost impossible to find anything around those streets and there are signs for blocked parking positions reserved for permanent residents. It will be a challenge if you visit the place with a private car or hired one. Uploading and offloading stuff and luggage can be also problematic, due to the parking unavailability near the apartment and the lack of lift (though there are few stairs only).

Very comfortable stay here, AC's kept the whole apartment cool (in the midst of a heat wave), really like the esthetic, decor and layout. Beds comfortable, very clean, fantastic shower, quiet and we'll located, many amazing places to eat within walking distance. Main buslines easy access to central town. Host was very accommodating with our check in and departuer. Highly recommend!!
