3 BHK Apartment with river view

Care taker was good and extended support by coming to show the route as there was road block and he also picked our call when we returned after mid night

some maintenance issues we’ve noticed in the property . The walls have seelan, the sofa is dirty and unhygienic, and the toilet needs attention. It’s important for the comfort and safety

Gorgeous view of the river, air con was okay (not great, but okay). There’s a water filter in the kitchen.

Terrible communication from host, only contacted me about deposit and if we would definitely go. When we were outside and I couldn’t find my way in, he didn’t answer the phone, and didn’t bother replying to any further WhatsApp messages. No toilet roll, three toilets, no toilet roll. Wi-Fi didn’t work. It’s out of Panjim and took us 15 minutes to drive in (my fault didn’t check upon booking). Beds are really hard. Check out was 09:30 and they were knocking us from 09:15!! Lots of damp, paint was flaking off with the amount of damp not only in the apartment but the whole building. Elevator stunk of urine.

Space

Need cleaning and renovation in almost all rooms. We experienced red aunts there. One basin tap was not working. Water shortage as well. Many more improvements required

Pros: -Beautiful view from the balcony and main bedroom. Quiet and away from the usual goa party scene -Close to the ferry point -Spacious for a group travel with 3AC bedrooms

-The lift stopped working and the apartment is on the 7th floor which is very difficult to climb up by stairs especially if you travel with family or senior citizens -The checkout time is too early... As the location was quite far.. We reached by 3pm..we requested to let us checkout a bit later.. To no avail!

Location is good. Spacious and clean rooms

Rooms not very clean. Dusting not done. Walls have paint falling off.

Apartment was spacious and clean. View was excellent.

Basement parking area was not clean.
