Lift will be available between 6:30 am to 11:00 pm only which is very inconvenient

The heater is not working in one of the attached bathroom. In one of bed room we experienced bed bugs as well

the owner had rented the apartment to another person who didn’t had any booking at all on the same dates, causing us to stranded in the street for hours. Although the caretaker and owner accepted their mistake,still insisted us to find another accommodation for stay without even considering we travelled 40km from madgaon to the location and waited nearly 7hours to check in(since the train reached 5am in the early morning and didn’t had check in until 12pm). Moreover,the apartment had poor cleanliness and both the owner and caretaker handled the situations very unprofessionally.

Property location, cleanliness and facility is up to mark Care taker is very cooperative, every room is well furnished and completely air-conditioned Kitchen is also equipped with all facilities like RO, Refridgrator, Stove top, Microvave and complete vessels for self cooking

Property is just 5 km away from Panji but located inside area, where no vehicle is available easily, but if you come goa by your own vehicle, this is the best place to explore goa from heart of city
