The communication with the host was good. Checking in and describing the location of the place was great It was very clean and nice little details like bath gel, fridge , tee and cookies were nice.

The area was not that great, it was close to the train station but I t wasn’t the nicest area. It was safe though. There was a lot of construction everywhere so maybe that was a problem.

Everything was perfect. The host went above and beyond to make sure all was good, he is very attentive and helpful.

Very nice clean room with great private fully equipped bathroom. There is everything you need including snacks, water, tea and coffee.

The room can be noisy during the night, the walls are thin and you can hear what neighbours are doing.

The location is quite good, you can walk for 30 minutes to reach the old center, the cafeteria on the street is excellent for coffee and breakfast, I highly recommend the pastry. Nearby there is one of the best restaurants in Bologna (Trattoria La Via Serra) but you have a lot of other options. You also have a supermarket across the street and the area is really safe. The host is super friendly and welcoming.
